Other ;; Haven is a passionate person when it comes to her photography. That and her writing got her through a lot of hard times. It's what she went to school for so now she can do it professionally. Haven independently owns her small photography business. She does work for hire-mainly a lot of weddings-plus does her own freelance stuff to displays in art galleries as well as sells. Because of this Haven has her own studio in the basement of her and Reese's house. It's also where she may hide out for a bit if she's having a bad day.

When it comes to dating, Haven has some trouble with it. Though she has had a couple relationships since Kyle, they don't last long. Haven tends to run before it gets too serious. Part of it is her fear after Kyle, and part of it is after seeing how her mother and father's relationship ended up.

Though she works hard, Haven isn’t perfect. There are a couple noticeable flaws that she posses. Haven is a complete clutz when she is nervous. Another is she tends to babble a lot. This is especially noticeable when she’s put on the spot or meeting new people. Haven also tends to become very introverted when extremely upset. She usually only reveals her troubles to a Reese or in her journal. Otherwise Haven will keep it in until the problem ahs moved on or she's feeling calmer.

History;; Haven was born to human parents on Valentine’s Day, 1989. She lived in a small town called Springvale. Her parents weren’t married long when Haven’s father caught her mother cheating on him-an affair that had been going since just after Haven was born. Being only four years old, Haven had no clue what was happening. All she knew is her father was going away to someplace she couldn’t see him and living with her mom and someone other man. Haven only got to talk to her father once a week since he had to call from his home town of Manchester-England. He had moved to the States for her mother and it had been a waste of his time.

From the time she was five until Haven was seven, she bounced with her mother from one boyfriend to another. Haven was barely getting through her elementary years because of this. It was when she was seven that her mother met the most unfortunately boyfriend. He liked to drink-and take all his anger out on Haven. Haven would go to her mother in tears but she wouldn’t believe her daughter. All she said was that Haven should stop being so bad then it wouldn’t happen. When her bruises were finally noticed it school, her father flew over to fight for custody. After hospitalization reports came in and statements from her teachers, the court ordered her mother to either leave the boyfriend for good or Haven would move over to England with her father. Her mother continued to say it was because Haven that she got punished-so Haven went to live with her father.

Things began to change. Haven actually had a room to herself-not sleeping in part of the living room. She also got to stay in one school for her elementary, junior and high school years. She also wasn’t blamed for things that weren’t her fault. In retrospect, Haven was treated like a princess. It was when she was fourteen that she found that her mother had remarried-over a year prior. The only good news it wasn’t that old boyfriend. Haven already barely spoke to her mother-but now she refused to speak to her anymore. That’s when all ties were cut off.

The beginning of her high school years went just fine. Until her third year. Haven had been dating a guy for just over six months when things went downhill. He started to freak out over every little thing-even when she hung out with her best friend. Haven tried to break it off but it didn’t go so well. He started to show up outside each of her classes, follow her home and be there when she walked out for school. When she went to the cops about it is when everything finally exploded over. Haven and him got into a confrontation that he needed to leave her alone. Everything was a blur from there. Somehow they ended up in the house and Haven was running through the rooms. It took the neighbors calling the cops and her father for her to get help. But by then damage was already done. Haven spent the next three days in the hospital. Her comfort was knowing that her father and Reese were there to help her. Her only thing was she didn’t want anyone to know what happened. At school when asked what happened, she simply said she was in an car accident and left it at that.

Haven went on to get her secondary education in photography. In her first year is when her father passed away. He had been battling cancer since Haven was sixteen so it was bound to come. Though Haven had an easier time coping since they knew he was going to die, Haven didn’t get a welcoming visitor the day of her father’s funeral. Her nine year old half-brother. He had traveled his one of his father’s sister’s to visit her to meet her. It was after that meeting that Haven just left one day with only a note to Reese and Dane. Haven went back to the states where her mother now resided in Virginia to have it out with her. Haven tried to get to know her little half-brother but with only problems form her estranged mother. After almost two months of being there Haven left on worse terms then it was before.

After finishing school, Haven and Reese bought and moved into their own place. Between Reese’s money and Haven’s money she got form her father’s death and the selling of his house, they were able to afford the place they wanted. It is a quaint house where Haven was able to set up a studio in half of the basement. It’s where she started her own little photography business. Haven got to do some work with various weddings, local businesses and helping out with a company who helped young models build a portfolio. Her being able to pick and chose the people to book which helps for her freelance photography where Haven takes photos she wants to display in a local art gallery and even sell some of them.
